Our smart help assistant will try to find the best matching article from our knowledge base and give you a direct answer on the spot.
If you get the answer you need — you’re done.
If your question isn’t answered, click the Get in Touch button.
From there, you can:
Start a Live Chat with one of our support agents
Or Leave a Message, which creates a support ticket
Live chat is the fastest way to get help for quick questions, walk-throughs, or clarifications.
If you’re working outside business hours, you can still leave a message and we’ll follow up via email.
Our support team can help you:
Navigate your dashboard
Understand workflows and automations
Set up your calendar, payments, or email
Troubleshoot issues inside your account
